The Purpose of this offer is to attempt to sell you a timeshare interest in The Manhattan Club. We invite all inquires. For the purpose of this promotion, however, eligibility to participate is restricted to those meeting the following conditions: households having a combined, verifiable, minimum annual income of $100,000 and who are credit worthy. Each member of the touring party must present a valid photo ID. One valid credit card is required per party. Accommodations are provided at a select midtown hotel. All guests must attend an informative, 90-minute tour and timeshare sales presentation of The Manhattan Club. If married, cohabiting or engaged, both parties must attend the full presentation together to qualify for this reduced rate. Qualified touring parties will receive their choice of dinner or theatre tickets, subject to availability. There is no obligation to purchase. The value of this preview package begins at approximately $459. A written, confirmed reservation is required for checking. Although no refunds are issued, we waive the administrative fee to reschedule your reservation one time. Any further requests for rescheduling will result in a $25 administrative fee. Where applicable any package price increase resulting from changes to the reservation will be charged to your credit card accordingly. All preview reservation changes requested within 48 hours of your anticipated arrival date or failure to attend your personal Manhattan Club Preview will result in a charge ranging from $170 to $344 plus tax for the room. To reschedule, notify The Manhattan Club by calling TOLL FREE 1-866-284-0079. Travel must be completed within 90-days of your original booking date. Otherwise a new payment, by credit card, in the full amount of the preview package price will be necessary in order to reschedule. You must bring your confirmation letter with you at the time of your appointment to receive your award. Offer subject to expire without noticed.
